Ukai – La pêche traditionnelle à l’aide de cormorans

Durant les mois d’été, sur les rivières d’Arashiyama et d’Uni, les gens peuvent observer la pêche traditionnelle Ukai. Le maître Ukai, vêtu d’un costume traditionnel, manipule habilement /adroitement les cormorans et les fait attraper des poissons tout droit sortis de l’eau.

Ukai – Traditional Fishing Using Cormorants
During the summer months in the river at Arashiyama and Uji, people can watch the traditional Ukai fishing. The Ukai master dressed in a traditional costume skillfully manipulates the cormorants and lets them catch fish straight out of the water.

鵜飼
嵐山と宇治では、夏の間、鵜飼を見ることができます。伝統衣装をまとった鵜匠が船の上から鵜を自由自在に操り魚を取る光景に目を奪われます。
